What is YFM?

The Foundation of
Future Leadership.

YFM is India’s first school-led entrepreneurship movement designed to transform students into creators, problem-solvers,
and future-ready leaders — not just textbook-smart graduates.

We believe that children are naturally curious, creative, and capable of building real ideas when given the right tools and mindset. That’s where YFM comes in.

It runs across partner schools, learning spaces, and communities, empowering children from Grades 4 and up to think boldly, act with purpose,
and build something of their own.

A nationwide initiative helping students become founders — not just graduates.

🚀LEAP
(In-School Program)

A curriculum-integrated program where students Learn, Explore, Apply, and Pitch. Academic subjects come alive through real-world problem solving and project-based learning. Students end the program with their own mini pitch or solution demo.

🎨 LEAP Studio (After-School Program)

An action-based lab where students build real products or ventures in small teams. They brainstorm, create, brand, and test their ideas in a fun, hands-on format. Designed to bring out creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial courage.

🤝 Young Founders Network (YFN)

A student-led business network to pitch ideas, collaborate, and grow together. Inspired by BNI, this platform builds leadership, communication, and confidence. Students take on roles, run meetings, and support each other’s ventures.

🛍️ Founders Fair / YFM Market Day

A real marketplace where students sell their products to parents and the community. They handle pricing, marketing, and sales — learning by doing. A celebration of student creativity, business sense, and confidence.

& Guest Sessions

Real entrepreneurs, artists, and creators share their journeys with students. These talks spark inspiration and show what’s possible beyond academics. One story can change a child’s future, and we bring many.

At Young Founders Movement, we believe children are not just learners — they are creators, thinkers, leaders, and change-makers.

Traditional education teaches children what to think. We teach them how to think. More importantly, we help them do something with that thinking.

We don’t believe in waiting till adulthood to solve problems, launch ideas, or take initiative. We give students the tools, mindset, and platform to start now.

We believe:

We come from diverse backgrounds — schools, startups, curriculum design, psychology, and social work — but we share one belief:

Our Activities

Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Achievement Program
(In-School)

A curriculum-integrated program that develops leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-world problem solving — right inside classrooms.

Students Learn, Explore, Apply, and Pitch through weekly project-based lessons embedded into academic subjects.

Students of Grades 3 to 8 enrolled in YFM partner schools.

🎨 2. LEAP Studio (After-School Program)

A hands-on lab where students build real mini ventures and passion projects outside school hours.

Conducted 2–3 times a week, students work in teams to brainstorm, design, test, and showcase their ideas.

Students of Grades 4 to 8, open to anyone with a curious, creative mind.

🤝 3. Young Founders Network (YFN)

A student-run business network where young founders connect, collaborate, and support each other’s ventures.

Through structured monthly meetups, students pitch progress, exchange referrals, get feedback, and receive mentorship — similar to BNI but for school-age founders.

Students from Grades 4 to 10 who have already launched a product, service, or idea and are looking to grow their business through peer networking and guidance.

🛍️ 4. Founders Fair / YFM Market Day

A real marketplace where students sell their products/services to the school and local community.

Students plan, price, market, and sell during a one-day fair — learning real business by doing it.

All students involved in LEAP or LEAP Studio, with opportunities for school-wide participation.

🎤 5. Founder Talks & Guest Sessions

Interactive sessions with real entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders who inspire students with their journeys.

Live school events, webinars, or recorded sessions with practical stories and Q&As.

Students from Grades 4 and above, educators, and even parents looking for inspiration.
